Requirements:
Completion of S.7 (HKALE) or S.6 (HKDSE) or above
Have at least 1 year of experience in administration field, preferably in the education sector but not a must
Provide support in school administrative matters, including School Office Operation (e.g. answering enquiries from parents, students and visitors), Student Affairs (e.g. students’ attendance, students’ record, etc), Committees, etc
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Principal and Administrative Officer
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer applications (e.g. Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Have good command of English and Chinese, both oral and written
