Please note the contingency arrangements for tomorrow's Speech Day in case of inclement weather:
• Red Rainstorm Warning (at or after 11:00 a.m .): The ceremony will proceed as scheduled.
• Typhoon Signal No. 8 / Black Rainstorm Warning (at or after 11:00 a.m. ): The ceremony will be postponed to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, 4th July 2026.
