History
In 1963, Reverend Ji Zhiwen, also known as Father of Orphans, applied to the Government for the establishment of a primary school in Tai Hang Tung in order to provide formal education to unschooled children. Later the school was set up in the present site of Saint Too College. In 1977, the school was changed into a secondary school, Saint Too Girls’ School, due to the high demand of secondary school places in Hong Kong. Now in the 21st century, in order to further our mission in education and cope with the changing society, we applied for the setting up of a new DSS secondary school in Kwun Tong.
We are very thankful for God’s provision. Upon the support of our brothers and sisters and of those who share the same vision with us, ECF Saint Too Canaan College was founded in September, 2003 with a donation of millions of dollars. The building cost of the millennium school campus is approximately 100 million dollars. We aim to provide a good learning environment with comprehensive and state-of-the-art facilities for our students.
This is the 20th year of our school operation. We are currently operating 27 classes from S.1 to S.6, with a total of about 750 students, and 100 staff members.
