中二學生在21/4參與普通話外出活動，到訪沙頭角參觀抗戰紀念館、品嚐盆菜和制作茶粿，並在粉嶺圍認識客家圍村，領略客家人在居港歲月下遺留的生活智慧，欣賞客家人勤勞、節儉的美德和高尚的愛國情懷。
On 21/4, S2 students participated in a Mandarin-language outing, visiting Hong Kong Sha Tau Kok Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall (the Law's House), tasting Poon Choi and making Cha Kueh. They also learned about Hakka walled villages in Fanling Wai, appreciating the wisdom of life left by the Hakka people during their time in Hong Kong, and admiring their diligence, frugality, and noble patriotism.
