"Museum Series" Life Planning Activity – Visit to Science Museum

About 20 students from the Science Society visited the Hong Kong Science Museum after the First Term Revision Test. During the visit, students explored how scientific principles underpin daily life, sports and technology through hands‑on exhibits and interactive games. They engaged in curator sharing and a guided tour, deepening their understanding of topics such as biodiversity, motion, energy transfer and species extinction through exhibits, real‑life models and demonstrations. By trying sport‑science installations, students saw how physics, biomechanics and data analysis support elite athletic performance, inspiring them to consider science‑related careers in research, engineering, sports science and museum work. At the exhibition on the National Games (全運會), students also learned how national development in science, technology and sports are closely connected, nurturing a sense of national identity and responsibility.
