Navigating Theatre Design Guided Tour and Workshop

Students of S1, S3, S4 and S5 in STCC who are interested in Visual Arts participated in Navigating Theatre Design Guided Tour and Workshop on 26th June in The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) held by HKAPA.

Students visited the TEA (Theatre and Entertainment Arts) Graduate Exhibition 2018. They learned a lot about Theatre Design, Media Design & Technology and Technical Production & Management. There were many set and costume design(佈景及服裝設計), property making (道具製作) and scenic art (繪景) displayed in the center.

After this visit, students are required to make a set of costume by using the recycle materials in 25 minutes. And then, they will have a cat walk show. This activity not only broadened the students’ horizons but inspired them a lot as well.
